Who Processes The Payment

Credit card payments are processed by World Pay, part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, the 5th biggest banking group in the world.

Is My Payment Safe?

Yes - all credit card payments are made using the World Pay secure encrypted site.

I'd Rather Not Pay With My Credit Card

In that case come on down to Lakeside and see us in person at our shop. We'll be pleased to see you!

Where Will My Goods Be Sent To?

All orders will be sent to the address that your credit card statements go to. This address must be the address that World Pay send us when your credit card payment has been cleared.

When Will I Receive My Order?

All orders will be will be shipped by Next Day Special Delivery, subject to items being in stock and your order being placed before 12pm.

I Am Not Happy With My Jewellery - What Do I Do?

Don't worry - we maintain a 14 day exchange policy on all of our jewellery.

Just send us the goods back by registered post within 14 days enclosing your dispatch/returns note and we will issue a credit note for your order value.

Please note that postage and packing charges are not refundable.
