The Rolex Service Procedure
Every Rolex service follows a carefully structured process designed to preserve both performance and appearance.
The watch is completely dismantled, with each individual component ultrasonically cleaned and inspected. Any part that no longer meets Rolex specifications is replaced. The movement is then carefully lubricated and electronically tested to ensure timing accuracy.
The case and metal bracelet are meticulously refinished to restore their original lustre, before the watch undergoes a series of rigorous technical tests to guarantee precision, waterproofness and power reserve.
Following a complete service, each Rolex watch is covered by a two-year Rolex Service Guarantee.
